Payment, billing, and refund policies for VerifyForge.

1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
2. Subscription Billing
VerifyForge offers subscription-based services with the following billing terms:
- Billing Cycles: Monthly and annual subscriptions are available
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
- Billing Date: You will be charged on the same day of each billing cycle as your initial purchase
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Repeated failures may result in service suspension
3. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for new users. During the free trial:
- You will have full access to the features of the selected plan
- No payment is required during the trial period
- You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
- Each user is eligible for only one free trial
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
4.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For new subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
4.2 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only available for the initial purchase of a subscription
- Renewal charges are generally not refundable unless there was a billing error
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals (after the initial 14-day period)
- Partial months or unused portions of a subscription
- One-time add-on purchases or upgrades
- Services that have been significantly used or consumed
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You will retain access to your account and content until the end of the paid period
- No prorated refunds are provided for early cancellation
6. Upgrading and Downgrading
You can change your subscription plan at any time:
- Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, you will be charged the prorated difference immediately, and your billing cycle will remain the same
- Downgrades: When downgrading to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- Plan changes do not reset your billing cycle date
7. Taxes
Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, including:
- Sales tax
- Value-added tax (VAT)
- Goods and services tax (GST)
- Other applicable local taxes
Tax amounts will be calculated and added to your invoice based on your billing address.
8. Payment Failures
If a payment fails:
- We will notify you via email
- We will attempt to process the payment again within 3-5 days
- Your account may be temporarily suspended until payment is received
- After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be cancelled
- You can update your payment method in your account settings at any time
9. Invoices and Receipts
We provide invoices and receipts for all payments:
- Invoices are sent via email after each successful payment
- You can access your payment history and download invoices from your account dashboard
- Contact us if you need a VAT invoice or additional documentation
10. Currency
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified. If you are paying in a different currency, the amount charged may vary based on current exchange rates and your payment provider's conversion fees.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have a billing dispute or question:
- Contact our support team within 60 days of the charge
- Provide details about the disputed charge
- We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
- Chargebacks should be a last resort after contacting us directly
12. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your account email and order number
- Provide a reason for the refund request
- We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days
13. Changes to Payment Terms
We reserve the right to modify these payment terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
